I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Graduate by Hilton Palo Alto. As a Hilton Honors Gold member, the hotel was kindly able to grant me an upgrade to a preferred room, which made my stay a true delight. My room was ready for check-in upon my arrival in the afternoon. The room was very spacious and the interior design is thoughtfully curated to pay homage to nearby Stanford University. The room was immaculately clean, and it contained very nice touches that remind the visitor of its “graduate” brand that match the local university campus. The front desk staff, especially Naomi and Office Manager Daniel, were very helpful and accommodating during my stay. The hotel's housekeeping also provided the most expedient service I have ever experienced at any Hilton property. Requests for fresh bath towels arrived minutes after making the request at my hotel room's front door. As a traveler who was on a tight schedule at times, I greatly appreciated the efficient service, which contrasted sharply with prior experiences at other Hilton properties that have wait times of easily 45 minutes or more for the same, simple requests. The property is situated at a prime location on University Avenue, and surrounded by a variety of stores and restaurants, making travel to and from Stanford University’s campus very convenient, as well as providing many choices for dining and leisure entertainment. Highly recommend this property.

Rooms are very clear and decorated with strong/fun wall paper. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. Room AC/heat unit worked exceptionally well and easy to control. Location of the hotel is great—lots within easy walk. The restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly good…breakfast (only à la carte) and dinner both surprisingly tasty. Service throughout was excellent. Lost and Found department was amazing—very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service (shout-out to Naomi and the team), great location, and loved the courtesy bicycles to explore the area. Thank you for the $25 complementary credit. I enjoyed it for espresso and breakfast.

The Graduate was very conveniently located in downtown Palo Alto for our quick stopover there. The hotel is very quirky cool with interesting designs whilst still being very comfortable. The room was very cute and overlooked the main street. Everything was very nice, but it felt a bit overpriced considering there aren't many amenities at the hotel, it's really just a room with access to a restaurant. The valet parking, whilst very convenient, was quite expensive at $57 a night and made the whole stay for one night feel like quite a lot. A cute spot with no issues, just a little overpriced.

When you look at our Google Maps profile, you may notice a small QR code on the display picture. It is not a request for reviews, ratings, or promises of rewards. It is simply a doorway to humanity. Behind that QR code are the silent stories of Divyang (children with disabilities)—children who wake up every day with challenges most of us cannot imagine. Some struggle to walk, some cannot see the colors of the world, some cannot hear a mother’s lullaby, and some cannot speak the pain they feel inside. Yet, in their eyes lives a courage that can melt even the hardest heart. These children do not ask for sympathy. They ask for understanding, dignity, and a chance to live with hope. A wheelchair, a hearing aid, therapy, education, or even a warm meal can change the direction of an entire life. What seems small to us can mean the difference between despair and possibility for them. The QR code on our profile exists only to connect hearts, not to influence opinions or ratings. If you choose to scan it, you do so freely. If you choose to help, it is out of compassion, not obligation. And if you simply read and reflect, that too matters. True kindness does not demand recognition. It flows quietly, just like tears that appear when you truly feel someone else’s pain. A voluntary donation, given with empathy, carries more power than a thousand forced gestures. We believe that when you support Divyang children from the heart, you are not just helping them—you are nurturing humanity itself. And often, without even realizing it, that kindness returns to your life as peace, gratitude, and unseen blessings. See them not with your eyes alone, but with your heart.

I love coming to stay here! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are spectacular and the service is great! The roof top is also a fun place to go to for some drinks. Great location in downtown Palo Alto close to so many restaurants, dessert places and stores! I would definitely recommend staying here!
